That gave me the clue. Enable Archive Management in MO. It's all really weird.

In fact, whether or not archive management is enabled in MO has no effect either. This is just to cut down on the size of the log. Enable Archive Management in MO 3. OS, skyrjm structure, software versions etc.

It was released last February, after all. You are, of course, welcome to do your own research. I guess I'll just have to do a three more clicks every time, not a problem.

Just to reiterate, this never occurred with LOOT 0.

These problems are fixed now and new textures appear to be safe to use. Haven't looked into what procedures are involved yet.
